Box Office Manager

Position Summary

The Box Office Manager will be responsible for staffing and overseeing the ticket office during games, as well as non-game days. Daily ticket and accounting reconciliation in accordance with the team requirements. Responsible for the printing of any/all ticket needs of the club and staff. Overseeing the ongoing maintenance and management of season ticket accounts and service programs. Ensure that the ticket office is run in an efficient manner, and that all walk-up, call-in, and web ticket sales are handled in a manner that displays exceptional customer service. Preparation and completion of daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.  Other duties as assigned.

 Knowledge and Skills
• Bachelor Degree is required
• Strong verbal listening and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and prior experience with ticket operations
• Works well in a team environment
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule (evenings and weekends)

Compensation

• Salary commensurate with experience
• Commissions based on direct sales efforts

Game Day Summer Internship

The St. Paul Saints Baseball Club is looking for creative and outgoing people who are willing to have fun. This internship provides a first-hand look at the execution of minor-league promotions and customer service initiatives.  The internship will run from May-September.  Game Day Internships are unpaid, though you may receive college credit if applicable. 

Experiences may/will include:

  •  On-field promotions
  •  Sponsorship fulfillment
  •  Box Office Management
  •  Operating Saints Kid Zone
  •  Crowd interaction and other activities 
  •  Saints sponsored events around the community

Part-Time Operations Staff

General Duties

  • Daily cleaning of restrooms in Saints offices and service level corridor. Other areas as needed
  • Daily cleaning of outdoor areas
  • Perform cleaning and waste removal throughout ballpark before, during, and after club events and baseball games
  • Maintain a clean environment on the Club level
  • Set up and tear down Club level before, during, and after premium events
  • Assist Event Manager and Operations Manager/Assistants when accommodating the needs of baseball teams, coaches, and trainers
  • Assist Grounds Crew, Fan Services and Ushers as needed
  • Assist with the closing and clearing of ballpark after games
  • Work as parking lot attendant when needed (may need to handle cash)
